If you would like to consider mediation as a means of resolving your dispute, please feel free to telephone or email us.
If you are dissatisfied with the service or our conduct as mediators, please contact us by email within 14 days of the complaint arising. All complaints will be acknowledged in writing within 5 working days of receipt and will be investigated and responded to within 21 working days of receipt. If further time is required, the complainant will be notified of this in writing. Should the response not be accepted the complainant can appeal to the Civil Mediation Council under its Complaints Procedure which can be found here https://civilmediation.org/for-the-public/complaints/
